Viva Mar Homes was created to share our passion for Spain and Spanish & Mediterranean architecture. In the beautifully situated town of La Herradura on the Costa Tropical, we renovate unique properties for sale and holiday letting.

Our modern rustic style combines the Spanish architectural vernacular of Andaulcia with design influences from across the Mediterranean. Light, shape, shadow & texture are used to create cool airy spaces that are full of character.

Traditional materials such as lime are used to ensure homes breathe as they should and look beautiful too. Locally handmade terracotta floor tiles give warmth and a pop of colour comes from glazed wall tiles.

Solid wood doors are re-purposed, Castillian furniture is brought back to life with vibrant colour, curated objects and unique handmade items complete our signature look.
